When it’s time for something
to change.
A lot of people arrive here after doing everything they know how to do to make things different.
Reaching this point doesn’t mean anything is wrong. It often means the usual approaches haven’t reached the place that’s still responding.
✦
You know things should feel different by now, but they don’t.
You keep reacting in ways you don’t mean to.
You feel on edge, shut down, or stuck in your head.
You replay what should or shouldn’t have happened.
You try to move forward and end up in the same place again.
MEET WENDY
Over time, I noticed that many people aren’t stuck because they’re avoiding something or failing to try hard enough. They’ve already done a lot. What hasn’t shifted is the place inside that’s still acting as if something is still happening or about to happen.
That’s the place I work with.
I’m listening for what hasn’t updated yet, where old information is still driving present-day responses, even when life no longer requires them.
When that shifts, people don’t have to push, relive, or reason their way forward. Things begin to move because the system is no longer responding to something that’s already over.
If change hasn’t been sticking the way you expected, it doesn’t mean you’re missing something. It usually means the signal hasn’t landed where it needs to.
“I didn’t have to relive my trauma over and over. It finally became something that happened not something that controlled me.”

I started working with Wendy in February 2024 after realizing that I needed help after losing both of my parents in less than a month. I had no idea what to expect. The way she approaches everything is absolutely beautiful. She opened up my mind, body, and spirit. My life will forever be changed because of her. If you need someone to talk to, please go to her. She's truly the best.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I am completely GRATEFUL for finding Wendy! My journey took a long time until I connected with Wendy. She has done so much for me and allowed me to truly blossom and be the best version of myself that I was unable to find for so long. She connects with you as a client but also as a person and allows you to think outside of the box. There is nobody else I would recommend to anyone who is seeking therapy. She is truly a kind spirit. Thank you for all you do!

I am so glad that I found Wendy! I had a lot of work to do on my changing my mindset. Because of Wendy, I have been able tap into unconscious mind & make lasting changes to the insecurities that once plagued me. Very thankful for her kindness, patience, & wisdom.

Wendy helped me greatly along my journey to understand and overcome my anxiety. She gave me a new way of 'seeing' things, a new perspective on life in general. Because of her, my relationships, and quality of life as improved. She is personable and down to earth. I highly recommend!

I think words leave me a little short on describing my sessions and personal growth with Wendy. If you have every thought about therapy, she is your person. For years, I wanted to do something like this for myself but I was afraid of not “clicking” with my therapist or the sessions feeling scripted. I am a mother of 2 and a teacher so my life is extremely busy and overwhelming. After having. My little girl and being a first year teacher last year I needed to express myself to someone on the outside, I needed to find techniques to help myself let go of fears and work through overwhelming moments. I could sit here and explain forever but honestly Wendy is so spunky, she is calmly, has great energy and truthfully hears you and works with you! Thank you so much?
COACHING vs THERAPY CLARITY
A Note on Fit
Some people who find their way here are looking for coaching.
Others need licensed mental health therapy.
The difference matters, and we’ll be clear about it.
Coaching with me is non-clinical. It focuses on present-day patterns, internal responses, and helping things shift without diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. Coaching is not psychotherapy and does not replace mental health treatment.
Therapy is available only to Florida residents and is provided separately under my role as a licensed mental health counselor. Therapy involves assessment, diagnosis when appropriate, and treatment of mental health conditions.
You don’t need to know which one you’re looking for right now.
If you book a one-to-one call, we’ll slow things down and decide together what makes sense — or whether I’m the right person at all.
